Since 2008 we have been training together in a very informal basis. With varying levels of fitness and dedication our gains have been minimal and undocumented. In an effort to document our training process, hold to our goals and see greater improvements in our fitness, we have created this blog. This is also an invitation into our world to compare and contrast our training methodology with your own. We believe in outfitting our bodies for success, day in and day out.
